Adding to SC?

I attempted to add a SS to SC when after looking them up both by name and phone, didn't see them. However, I rec'd an error response saying they were already in the system. What am I doing wrong?

They may already have a listing via the agent side. You should receive an email that should give you the other listing information (at least I have recently when attempting to add a few).

If it turns out that they are a SA acting as a SS (or have newly opened up a SS?) then I would email NotRot and give them the information to see if they can get the SS listing up and the agent listing taken down.

Did you try logging out and then checking SC for the company? If the company was originally listed as not operating in your state, you won't see them when you're logged in, but when you log out, you find them listed. In that case, contact Harry through the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page, and let them know the SS is now operating in all states.
