I had questions and concerns about the signup

packet - voiced them and, unfortunately, their terms are non-negotiable...some are:

1. Fees - very low.

2. Want to be added as certificate holder on E&O - not possible. Now I know someone told me they told them it can't be done and they said "OK" - with me they said "sorry, it's required"...go figure.

3. Want copy of DL along with DL # inserted on their notary info form - I don't provide that info.

4. One section states "Vendor agrees that all notarizations will be performed in accordance with instructions from the client". No..my notarizations are in accordance with FL law - I can't be concerned what the client wants.

They may turn out to be a gem to work for - I hope they do - but they would not bend or negotiate on the above issues - at least not with me.

I'd like to see some history on them before I try to sign up again...I'll wait.

Their base is $65, $25 print - and borrower no-show is $25

I got the same email today, I do not give out my DL to any company. I do not see how my E&O would list them either. So I guess I will wait also. I do not think they are going to get alot of notaries interested in giving this information.
