Buying a new phone: MSOffice Apps question.
Yes, my phone is still like the old Tracphone type, although it isn't. LOL! So I am biting the bullet and getting either an Android (Samsung Seek) or the Blackberry Torch or Storm. (I have to get into the 21st century!) I understand they have the touchscreen and keyboard. Great features with my arthritis. However the Blackberry comes with the MSoffice and PDF viewer. That's the plus. Does anyone know if the Android has the apps available to have the same feature? I get these little tech guys around here trying to sell me a phone, any phone, but no one seems to be able to effectively answer that question. Realize that when I go on the individual websites they drive me crazy because it's a new language I just don't speak yet. (I just figured out what QWERTY meant! ) Thanks for your responses. And your patience!

I have a droidX and can view PDF's and word docs with a free viewer. I do not have office on my phone, but do no see a need for it. I would like to figure out how to do remote printing at no cost.

The Droid phones will allow you to do this, but keep mind that we're talking cellphones here - if you really want to read a PDF on a 2" screen or edit a document using a keyboard that is smaller than your fingertips, you'll be very happy with whatever phone you choose.
And if you have arthritis, it will definitely not make your life any easier...
