Confused
The other day I got a call from Equifax for a seller side closing right in my own backyard - less than 2 miles. I quoted them xxx and they said fine no problem. I just got a call from them for a signing tomorrow for a closing 21 miles away - quoted them my xxx fee (a bit higher this time because the location is also a pain to get to) and they said they would have to get that approved. My phones not ringing. Am I missing something?
