EC Purchasing
As a vendor for LSI I was able to join EC Purchasing. I used to buy my toner and drums for my Brother printer at Office Depot for $104.00 delivered free. Through EC Purchasing I just paid over $30.00 less with the same one day delivered to my door for free. I am pleased.

Although I buy both toner and drums the prices shown were just for toner.

Fidelity
I believe Fidelity is the umbrella company EC Purchasing is under. I know notaries working with Banc U Serv, LSI and ServiceLink who belong to the program. Some notaries get invited, others don't. Not sure of the rhyme or reason as to how to get in.
I am a member of EC Purchasing and have found sometimes it works to my disadvantage. With Staples you cannot use the Staples Rewards coupons in combination with the credit card you have registered under EC Purchasing.
I have a $40 coupon for recycling toner which I will be using to buy paper, if I spend over $40 during the visit I'll need to pay cash for the balance since I registered my credit card with the program.
I pushed the envelope when I purchased my most recent computer from Staples and I received a discount for the computer (it was a floor display), PLUS used Reward coupons PLUS I received the EC Purchasing discount (Happy camper I was). The next week when I was in the store the salesperson who helped me said Staples Headquarters contacted the store wanting to know why I had receive all the discounts. He told me in the future I could not combine any coupons or promotions.

Re: Fidelity
Check out Advantage Laser Products, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. I find their prices to be really good and shipping is free also. Don't have to be "a member" either.

I love the EC discount! It's great to go into Office Depot or Staples and get the item you are buying for several dollars cheaper than the shelf price. Sometimes the cashiers do a doubletake because you do have to swipe your credit card twice. Once the card has been swiped, the register identifies it as being connected with the EC Purchasing program and it recalculates your total. Then you must swipe again.
I also signed up for the FedEx discount. While it's not much discount for ground packages, which is usually what I send on a personal level, the discount is significant for o/n packages if you ever need that service. I tried to sign up fpr the UPS discount but they keep deactivating my account due to non-use (except to order supplies) so I just ship all my personal packages via FedEx.
I don't buy toner with the EC discount because I buy remanufactured cartridges from LD products or Monoprice.com. The discount on genuine HP cartridges is not significant enough on the EC program to make me switch back to using genuine cartridges.
