E-Notaries.net

Anyone heard of E-Notaries.net? Someone from that org. emailed me for an inspection 65 miles away and was willing to pay $5.00. Did reply to him...are you kidding?

They're down to $5 now??

Last year they were offering me $8 to go 25-30 miles - the were incessant, continuing to contact me even after numerous phone calls and e-mails advising them that (a) I don't do field work and (b) even if I was interested, I can't and won't do this work for those fees. They even started sending me assignments complete with debtors' names and addresses - until I suggested they may be violating the debtors' rights by blast e-mailing this information - they finally stopped contacting me...

I bet the person making the contact was getting at least minimum wage -- $7.25/hour last I looked. And you know it takes more than an hour for most of these projects.

Well, guess all I had to do was post about them and

there they are.. mind you I've never signed up with this company...

Got an e-mail in at 7:00 tonight - 55 miles away..

"For $15 this inspection requires multiple photos of both the exterior and interior of the property

Photos should be taken in landscape and be at least 640X480"

Yessirree Bob - I'm just gonna jump in my car and drive 110 miles for $15...hold me back!!
