They owe me about $2,000. Have not received a payment since March, 2011. If you take a signing from them have them pay up front by using paypal or credit card. Good luck, I am going after these guys.

Sorry to hear that Deborah. I suggest you use Signing Central & view comments as well as the star rating. That co. has a horrible payment history. :-( Maybe you can save yourself the losses in the future.

These people remind me of third world countries that are given grain for planting and they eat it without reguard for tommorrow.
If we could get the notaries to not accept thier assignmnets then they should be gone.

Why would you allow the amount owed to be such a great amount?
I'm not sure what your fees are, but I wouldn't have accepted signings until I had received payment for previous signings.
Unless you are charging $1,000.00 per signing and they owe you for two signings.
I just don't get it.

Just keep calling them, you will eventually get paid. While they owe you money, you won't get calls for new work. Once they have paid you, you will get calls again. Go figure!

They still owe me one fee from April 2011. Now when they call I tell them I am not working for them until they pay me. Today the owner, Maz, called me and offered to pay me via paypal.
I had just left ANOTHER message for the accounting dept. (Eddie) who said my check was mailed on Sat.
I had to ask Maz to stop talking and listen to me on the phone. I told him that I was tired of calling repeatedly to get paid and that I didn't have any confidence in his company.

I accepted a signing today and immediately checked here. Glad I did !! I promptly declined. Thanks for the input...this saved me a lot of aggravation.

thanks to everyone in NR. just got a call today while out and about to do closing at a long distance for sunday. just got home, once I read this, kindly sent email, declining job. never worked fr them before, don't plan to now ;>

I am owed for a signing I completed in July. After mailing them twice I decided to look into olddebts.com. The best $18.00 I have ever spent in my entire life. The package I chose is 4 collection letters to be sent. (they send them about every two weeks)
The first one was sent on 12/6, today 12/9 I received a call from the accounting department. My check is supposed to go out in the mail today. And he asked that once I've received payment if I'd let the collection company know.
