Forensic Loan Audit

I was contacted by a Signing service to have this contract signed & notarized, for this group of lawyers doing this loan file review for the small fee of $993 up front, and the rest of $3000 spread over payments. I refused to do the signing. I guess these guys have no shame at all, when the homeowner is down they kick them in the face.

These types of signings have been going on for the last couple of years and I prefer not to do them as well.

Haha. They keep coming up with fancy new titles for SCAM!

There is supposed to be a new gov. program to help those who are behind in their mtg. payments. Again, the taxpayers will be screaming, but IMO it's probably necessary to prevent any further foreclosures by the banks. We're still too close to an economic meltdown. This is, of course, my opinion only on the state of the mortgage industry, and not meant to get into "Just Politics". :-)

Scuttlebutt is the Fed's are going to release an avalanche of foreclosures this fall. Home prices are going to drop even more.
