Ticket showed it cost $5 ....
to see The Doors at the KRNT Theater, which was in Des Moines. Even more amazing is that Iowa authorities allowed those hippie, dope-smokin', psychedelic Doors with bare-chested (and sometimes even more bare) Jim Morrison to cross their state line. Oh, those were the days ..!

What a travesty that these super talents get hooked on drugs and have such short lives when they should be around so much longer. It's a tough line of business, such a shame to lose them so early when they have so much to live for and succumb to addictions.
