If it can be done FHA rates 3.75
Did two FHA loans this morning 30 yr fix 3.75% three months ago it was 5.25. I bet if the deals can be pushed they will.
Also looks good for next month if rates hold.

They raised the rates on MIP Insurance, which is robbery of the consumer.
I just closed an fha loan this week and the mip insurance was $208 per month. No interest rate is worth that!

My daughter is closing a refi on her home next week, and the MIP has doubled over her current premium. Supposedly, FHA has reduced the upfront premium to offset the higher monthly premium, but who knows.

If you live in Oklahoma and are an Indian, you don't have to pay mortgage insurance. I heard this on a radio station out of Tulsa. They were advertising loans without this requirement. The goverment (us) are going to guarantee all their loans.
