Dear Notary,

By now most of you know that All Service Notary & Signings is no longer taking on signings. Please rest assured that any money owed to you will be paid. Payments are starting to go out now and will be ongoing with the bulk of them going out August 15, 2011. After allowing proper mailing time and you have not received your payment after August 15, 2011; please either email or call us. Until that time we are asking that you do not call or email as our emails and voicemails are only be checked periodically.

Those of you that will have been paid $400.00 or more for the year of 2011 will be required to submit a new W-9 prior to payment. One is attached for your convenience. Please either return it by U.S. Mail or Email. Faxes will no longer be accepted as our fax line is no longer checked.

I got one similar to that couple of months ago - that was the end of that too. Hope it works for you, and me, but I am not getting a blue face.

I never worked for Jan, but she sounds like a loser

Sounds like she's just buying more time. I would still sue her. Yeah, you may put out more money and will probably not get paid anytime soon but at least that judgment will be hanging over her head and be attached to her credit profile.

I linked it to her business. This must be her song and dance. If I get paid I will post it. But She owes me right now for a signing for 3-20-11 and 4-20-11. I would hate to live my life where I have a chance of ending up owing people money. That is the reason why I will not ever be an SS. I hate owing anyone anything.
