You have a chance of putting a non-paying signing service out of business. It's been 6 weeks since I closed a loan for her. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I called twice and left messages. I believe that she screens her calls.
To make a long story short I contacted the LO. He told me that he had a complaint about her just last week. He forwarded my email to the EO.
So, if she owes you money, you better get busy.

I have linked this post....to all the ones that have been in place for the past few months while I have been loudly proclaiming what a cheat she is. Every chance I get -

People: she is a RIPOFF ARTIST! Don't give her CHANCES to do this to you. She is NOT hard to locate with the Orange Search Button. She is harder to search by company name, but not that much. I wish she were a cross-referenced listing and am asking for that now. Perhaps we can get her totally out of business, but not if you keep making her money.

And the money she is making - it is YOURS. You help her. Disgusting.

Also if you google her you'll see more than one so Caution make sure you have the right one,..then facebook, twitter and the other networks might get the word out. No one has the right to take people's money after they do the job. Do not let it rest, speaking from experience! IMO
