I think if Title hired a 50.00 dollar notary they(Title) should pay for all the redraw fee. Now if they paid me
my regular 175.00/200.00 I will pay for all my mistakes including interest,rate lock expiration, etc
Notaries working for 50.00 dollars don't know what they are doing, specially in the $$ department.
SS,titles hiring 50.00 dollar notaries THEY KNOW what they are doing and they need to PAY the consequences. Lesson learned HIRE an experienced notary and pay them a decent fee. Or hire a 50.00 notary and put aside all the money you have saved for future mistakes, but don't hire an incompetent notary and then try to collect for money lost on their mistakes. JMHO.
