Thanks for all folks who responded my post on 7/26. Special thanks for Marian in CA who graciously gave permission for me to copy and use her suggestion verbatim.
After i sent the verbatim response, here is what i got on 7/27:

"Thank you for your reply, but we have already booked a resign with another agent to resolve this.
Thanks!"

COMPARE TO THIS ON 7/26:

"Just to clarify, even though this is an acknowledgement page that is required by the state of CA and is needed for a file that you executed for us, you are not going to complete this page. Is this correct?"

It sounds a little bit better than the 7/26 one. At least she doesn't sound like a moron herself, and thinking that she is writing to a moron.
However, I still can tell her arrogance; making it like I was asking a resign appt from her for covering their illegal request from me.
