NotRot members should get a commission!

Me thinketh the folk who are training the newbies are ADVISING them to come to this forum to ASK the salespeople (NotRot members) questions on the site. I want 10% off the top. Name of training company pretty please!

Who is giving these newbies the idea they can start this business and make money at it? Those of us who are experienced and have histories with the lenders, are having a hard time making anything close to a living.

Re: NotRot members should get a commission!

I was not looking to take anything from anyone, I was never planning on doing anything full-time, just part-time when I am available. Sorry to even ask on this board>>>

Sorry But you are so wrong!!! Assuming is a very terrible thing to do !!!

What a turn off? I would like to know if your child came to you and ask you how to do something, if that is the attitude you would give them? That is if you have one....

I'm on LI (for the next 2 months), but I no longer do loan signings. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions - the business is a bit different here than it is in other parts of the country (and even in other parts of NY, for that matter).

A question for you - Brooklyn and "long island area" is kind of vague; Brooklyn is ON Long Island, and the Island is over 100 miles long - are you really intending to cover that large an area? If so, give it up now - there's no way you can make a profit given the fees that are being offered.
