Ive read SC..however, Iam wondering what their pay schedule is..Have emailed
accounting and left voice mail..no response. They say they pay 2 weeks after close of
escrow!! Closed a investment property 35 days ago, should have funded the same day, refi
with same lender! Don't know how long it takes to close out escrow...but still have escrow
agent & lender info !!

Don't deal with Maria in Accounting, deal with the owners. Svitlana is one of them. I had to email the recorded document and even then had to wait another 2 weeks to get paid. Good luck.

I email Steve and Svitlana, and they get back to me right away. I have always gotten payment from them.
