Paul Williamson (PAW) was on the check...

When I came in this evening after an outdoors meeting I was completely washed out. I did not stop by the mailbox this evening and planned to go straight to the shower and hit the sack without posting tonight. I'm really tired, but wanted to update you all.

There was a Priority Mail envelope in my door. I opened it and there was not a note but who it was from and what it was for was clear...the memo section said "Paul Williamson (PAW)".

I will check my mailbox in the morning for additional gifts and update again tomorrow.

The notary community can be proud of their efforts and the horses that have brought us here, so to speak. We are at over $3000.

Reminds me of being a family. Although, we don't always

agree with one another, i.e. fight, bicker, flame, etc. but when it is time to pull together, we are able to put aside our differences to accomplish a common goal.

This is so awesome! Paul (RIP) and his wife deserve every bit of it. The wealth of knowledge that man shared with everyone is priceless. Thankfully here on NotRot, we will have a part of Paul forever

So very true! I was cleaning out some old emails earlier and came across an email from him with some little tech tidbit he had shared a while back, which brought very mixed feelings - sadness and gratitude...

I was thinking yesterday that $3K was a reasonable goal, and here we are past that already - is $4K more reasonable?

Times are tough for most of us, and charitable donations are probably at the bottom of everyone's list. That this much money has been raised in so short a time is a testament to what Paul meant to this community.

To those who have been unable to make a donation - if Paul ever touched your life, if he ever helped you or gave you info you were unable to find elsewhere, here's a chance to pay that kindness back. Just a buck or two, whatever you can afford - it all adds up...
