Too bad you didn't read SC reviews -
Why report to bar association? Are they owned by an attorney?

The Bar Association is administrator...
for notary applications in Franklin County, and they also deal with complaints of notary errors and/or misconduct. I don't think that a signing service not paying their notaries falls under those duties, and very much doubt they would do anything.
I'd suggest filing a complaint with the Central Ohio BBB, and sending the SS a stern collection letter.

Thanks Roger...
Also a cc of the collection/demand letter to the TC involved...that should get their attention.

Monica, I, Nor Vanguard Holdings, have any interest nor have we had any interest in Premier Signing Services for over 5 years. Please do not confuse my business ventures with this company.

I closed a few loans for them, but not in the last year or so. I never had problems with them, and found them very easy to work for. Also, I was paid within 30-35 days.
Sorry to hear you're having payment problems with them now though.

I have done quite a few closings for Premier in the past few months, and they are very current with me. Payments tend to arrive 30-45 days, they was a time that there was some slow payments for May, other than that I can't complain. I find everyone there very nice and easy to work with.

I worked w/ them 'til they told me if BO didn't have ID copy
even after i told them when we confirmed, I'd have to go back at my expense to get it!?!?! Good riddance to bad rubbish I say!

Thanks to NotRot, just turned down a signing from Sue at Premier, who approved my fee request, but balked at my requirement for a Surety for Payment form to be signed by both the borrower and the title company on the file ;-) She said that 'the owner would be glad to sign it, but we don't want to involve the borrower.' I respectfully declined the order and told her why (numerous, recent negative reports re: non payment of fees to notaries on 3 sites that we monitor). She said she understood ;-) She knows. Now, if we ALL could just freeze them out, maybe they would get the message that their lack of business integrity is unacceptable.

90 Days past due. No reply by email or phone. I now am forced to go to the BBB in ohio and the title company for payment. I must have gotten them confused with the other Premier. Funny how the SC expect to be paid for their services and we do all the work. All they do is make a phone call. Very irritated!
