ServiceLink slow pay

The payment is not as timely as a year ago. And most recently, the fees are being cut.
Is anybody else having problems not getting paid as agreed i.e. print and trip fee for no-signs? Welcome any comments!

I received "the call" but did not take the pay cut.

If the confirmation says overnight docs and it ends up being edocs, you need to contact the the team leader, not the scheduler to update the system and update the confirmation.

I sent last month's invoice on July 8 and received my check, in full yesterday.

I was told to send both National Link and Service Link invoices to the Caraopolis, PA address. Not the Aliquippa and this has sped up the process.

Have never had any trouble, always pay on time. Just make sure you contact team leader
in case doc's are e mailed to adjust the fee.

One of my low-balling friends actually agreed to accept:

$65 for base
$10 for edocs
SMH - I told her she's killing herself & the whole industry.
She said she agreed but told them she's not happy (big deal) - see how signings get cut to $40????
I refuse to work for these low-ballers!! SMH!!

Let's put it this way. Other then a few times in the past 10 years that I have dealt with them their checks always came anywhere from the 10th to the 15th of the month. I bill them for the entire month on the 30th of every month. Well this month I emailed on the 15th as to when my check was being issued. I got a reply that it was being mailed on the 18th of July for all my June closings. Today being the 22nd and no check I emailed again. The response was oops I'm sorry I should have told you the check was being mailed on July 25th. That means closings as old as June 1st are being paid in almost 60 days. For their low pay, it's almost becoming not worth the time and trouble involved.

They told me that I was paid on 7/18 for a job I did on 7/15. I didn't send in the invoice until the end of July. I know that jobs starting with a "1" are paid on a different schedule. These outfits that try to out complicate the next ss always end up screwing up.

I agree that Servicelink is becoming slower and slower to pay. I mailed my invoice on August 2, 2011 for July and as of today, August 22, 2011 still no check. I have never had any problems with agreed amounts. But we are very rural and I am the only one around.
