Thanks to NotRot!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts here. I dodged a bullet today - got a call on my way home from a Baltimore MD number, and when I answered it was Genuine Title trying to get me to take a closing at 4 pm (it was 3:30). I didn't take the signing for a lot of reasons, especially remembering the name had some bad press on this site. Hopefully, all the other signing agents in this area were able to avoid this as well.

Hopefully you told them the truth as to WHY you declinced their offer <they have very bad reviews/a low star rating on Notary Rotary - other Notaries have commented that they've been stiffed and GT doesn't answer their phone>......it puts the deadbeats on notice that Notary Rotary is a powerful vehicle for researching an SS/TCs track record and their two bit ways are coming back to bite them. They are reaping what they sow! Let the deadbeat know that you don't work for free and when you do work for free, it's at YOUR initiation and on YOUR terms.
