Anyone else having trouble getting paid from this guy?

I can't get the guy to answer his phone, return my calls or emails.

Going to be calling the TC and ServiceLink (another one of those hire a SS for a SS crappy signings)

Have you thought of using a calling card so he doesn't recognize your phone number? I have a calling card I purchased at Target that I use when I have to fax docs to a non-toll free number and I have used it once or twice when I've made collection calls because the person I'm calling won't recognize the phone number. Just as we program their numbers into our phones, they could have our numbers programed into their phones so they know when to answer and when not to answer their phone.

Hit *67, then dial the number. That blocks sending your caller info for that call.

It doesnt matter whether you block your number or call from another number. He has been stringing us on since January and owes us $225.00 for two jobs that Service Link had given him. We have tried different numbers and had different people call him.

He will tell you that his secretary ran off with his money while he was driving for Randy Travis, he will tell you the Police are involved, he will tell you anything he can but what he won't do is pay you...

Do not accept a job from this guy or you risk facing the same problem as the rest of us that have been swindled.

He also owes me for two closings $200 one in December one in January, got the same helper ran off with his money and she screwed up all his books, the Randy Travis story, and driving a bus through the mountains....promises of checks being mailed because he is turning everything over to a CPA.....many many things, before he was past due on my payments, when he would call me for jobs he would talk FOREVER like trying to become friends or something......but now he will not return my phone calls or emails.
