Adding a Co. to SS

I have done a search in SS for Consumer Title & Escrow out of St. Petersburg FL (727)539-0900 and cannot locate them. When I tried to add them, SS said they were already in the database? The orange search button in NT shows a thread. Would like to go on record that they have 5 stars in my book...quick pay, fair pay, no hand-holding. FWIW....
