Cities where things are just getting worse
http://realestate.yahoo.com/promo/cities-where-things-are-getting-worse.html
On the other hand, there are cities where things are picking up! Check out this story by Forbes.
The best HAPPY places to work~Jacksonville, Miami, Memphis, El Paso?, San Jose, SF, Birmingham, San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington DC!
There's also a list of cities that have the most job opportunities! Seattle being among them. Certainly not in LA!
I had a surprising spike yesterday with quite a few REO purchases...a couple today too!

Re: YES, Sacramento is no 7....
Now if only investors (qualified buyers) and lenders would loosen up their purse strings and start snapping up these places, this area could be a mini hot spot. The Sacramento area has pockets of affordable housing, one persons mishaps may be another's fortune. I see this as an area where soil is fertile and preparing to produce.
Rose colored glasses or truly an optimist?!?!
