DOCS2U

Told it was a refi but it was a first time buyer, lots of paper and lots of questions. They called again, said it was a refi, read the docs and it was, again, a purchase. Would not accept my new fee.

Re: DOCS2U-clarification

my last post was done in haste and it did not make alot of sense. sorry.
I did a signing for them 2 weeks ago that they said was a refi and I charged my usual fee. When I rec'd the docs I found out that it was a purchase. I did it and honored my agreement with Docs2U.
Today they called again and said it was a refi. After receiving the docs I see that it is again a purchase.
When I called them I was told that they, the scheduler, don't know that it is a purchase, that my profile for them does not state that my fee is higher for a purchase and no, they cannot meet my new fee.
I have had an extremely slow month and I was tempted to do it anyway, but then I am compromising myself. Da**ed if I do and da**ed if I don't. Frustrated in Washington

Re: DOCS2U-clarification

Totally understand your frustration, Patti! It's so unfair to you to take advantage like this.

We often find ourselves in the same spot - wondering if some $ is better than no $. It's really up to you...
