Funny you should ask. I just got off the phone trying to get paid for a January closing. Their "accounting" department is sent to voicemail. I spoke with the scheduler who hired me, and he will send messages to accounting and the "manager". We'll see what happens.

It's a gamble these days. I did ask her how long they take to pay their notaries and she was upfront with me, she said jobs that were done in January and getting paid this month. So I am on the fence as whether to complete this job or not. I have not worked with them since last year.

I am waiting to get paid for a jan. 13 closing I did and only get run around. left message for accounting with no reply yet. land america went bankrupt so I guess epic may be next.
