I worked for them many moons ago. As I recall, they paid well and within 30 days.

Thanks, had a last minute call from them for a signing that needs to be done yet tonight. It will be 10:30pm at least before I get to borrowers house. Gotta love this biz!

Bob - save the doc file until you get paid

They do pay well, but it is usually a rush job.

The last one I did for them they tried to get me to go back out to get another doc signed, making it seem like it was missed at the original appointment. I called the buyer only to discover it was missed by them not me.

They ended up just mailing it to her since it did not need to be notarized.

Thanks. It is a rush job for sure, called me at 915pm for a signing tonight. I always save doc file for just that reason. Printing is done, got to go.
