ISGN

I can not believe what I have to do to try and get paid for work done in January.
I have emailed, called 4x and faxed information about the jobs and still nothing.
Has anyone else had a problem?

Yes, there have been several recent posts about this. Type ISGN into the orange search button and they should come up.

I did search. Thanks. At least I'm not alone.
Wondering what companies are worth working for anymore.

Same here! Been about 45 days since I did mine and have also called and emailed with no response whatsoever. I did talk to someone in the office who said they would forward the information but also told me I would have to contact Vincent personally. Of course, no return call from him. Definitely a different company that what they used to be. If I end up with a check, I will post but it seems this is becoming the norm for them.

I finally got a check yesterday last week I called everyday. The person that answered the phone was in india, Vincent is in CT the check was from someother state. I did my closing on January 22nd. I called and fussed and said I was going to report them. The lady from India called me back after talking to her supervisor and Vincent and that they were doing a emergency check and I got it yesterday because it got mailed on friday. So threatened them and start fussing finally they got it and I will not do anything else with them.

Got paid for closings I did for them in January by the end of February, but now I am REALLY getting concerned about being paid for four closings I did for them in February as there are no work orders listed under unpaid invoices in my ISGN affiliate account. In addition to all of this I would no longer accept calls from them just based on the standpoint that there seems to have been a major turnover or outsourcing going on in their call center. It was almost impossible to get any help during a signing because the only numbers I could reach were for people located in India who didn't know the answers to anything and would redirect my calls through five or six people. I am thinking of resorting to invoicing them if my checks don't come soon.

I did 3 closng in Jan & 1 in Feb for ISGN, I wait at least 45 days before calling, I have called, e-mailed, them spoke with someone in India, finaaly called 2 of the borrowers and they gave me their contacts, all my closing where for USAA, I called the contacts and told them I was not paid etc. Left finally message for Vincent that I had callled USAA reps, He finally emailed me back "you should contact me first, I would take are of it for you< I have already sent word for your check to be sent to you" It came FedEx the next days. All my my work orders where also missing from thier site. Bad news.
