I just got an email from Dynamic Field Solutions
Should I take it? Should I respond to them even?
Oops - deleted. Not by mistake either. Thanks NotRotters! I've seen what some of you go through.

There's just no teaching some dogs... Three words:
DO NOT PET.
(No disrespect meant to all the fur-faces out here.)
Jmho; Woof.

They resorted to emailing me also since I won't answer my phone when they call. I didn't reply to their emails either.

They never call. And I always answer their emails
The ask if I'm available and I answer "yes". They then send me the details and state the fee is $$. I'll reply "Oh, I'm sorry. My fee is $250.00." It always ends there.

you should take it but make sure that you get them to pay you up front. I have done several closing with them but I make them pay me first.
