Insured Closings bad check

I received the following email from Insured Closings even before the bank returned the check to me. Since it is generically addressed to "Dear Closer", I assume others have received the same email. Have you been harmed by this?

"Dear Closer,

Your last check received was returned to you due to an error on our part. I mailed a replacement check to you this afternoon. Please reply to this email if you incurred any fees due to the returned check and I will immediately send that out to you. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you,
Sue Harvey"

Re: Insured Closings bad check...unusual for them

Insured has always been a good company. Sounds like a temporary glitch to me. Plus they offered to make good on any bank charges.
