Is Title Quest, AA-Notary, Closing Quest resurfacing using

new names? Had a call this weekend from someone trolling for pricing. Sure enough checked out to be a 24/7 notary. When I asked if she was comparison shopping for her business she said she wasn't a notary yet. Explained she's advertising as one. Not showing in SOS listing as a notary but similar name.

Just a heads up in case.
