Loan Closers, Inc.

They called me for a refi for Saturday and stated they pay $60?! I told them my fee, they said sorry due to the economy we are having to cut back on what we pay. She then goes on to say that if I take the closing and sign up with them they can guarantee me a ton of business.

I again told her my fee, needless to say they wouldn't meet it and I'm glad they didn't after reading the issues people are having with them.

As far as payment issues are concerned

I did a RESPA signing for them on 2/1 (my first assignment with them) - Invoiced on 3/1 - received check last Friday or Saturday just as they promised (checks cut on the 15th for previous month)...

As for the $60 for a full refi - I couldn't do that either.

When I'm told any signing service can "guarantee" business, my response is, I need a letter from you prinicpal stating how many in what time period at what amount with in whatever area and ig I do not get that "guarantee" is mot met then I recieve payment for the what is need to make the "guarantee"
This is the same as a rate lock in or putting up escrow dollars to hold an item.
