Locating Individuals who Stiff Notaries
Most are notaries themselves. When you complete an application to become a commissioned notary in CA, the notary candidate MUST list a physical address of where he/she lives, and works, if applicable. Hence, even though the individual may maintain their signing service is housed at a MAILBOXES USA or UPS store, or other pseudo address, their bond is issued to the physical address.
