N3 Notary

This is the best offer I have ever gotten!! Only 12-15 pages to print, one aff to notarize, pick up medical records, get the signatures and then drop off to UPS. Fee: Drum roll, please.......
$20. Sure makes the $30/$40 offers look good. NOT!!!
I told her she only has a 1-1/2 star rating on NotRot and her response was, "well you shouldn't be looking on Notary Rotary, you should be checking our rating on the BBB." To which I replied, "why, you can buy your rating on the BBB."
She hung up on me... really hurts my feelings! lol

I got the exact same call. I listened to her whole pitch, then really quickly she said "and we're prepared to pay you $20 does that fit into your fee schedule?" I didn't say anything. I just sat there on the phone. She asked me again if $20 was ok. By this time I had regained my composure. "Uh, no," I said, and she literally hung up on me.

I knew their rating on NotRot, and I was going to say they had to pay me before I went to the appointment via paypal, but I couldn't even get to that point I was so baffled. $20? Please.

I live in Portland Oregon, and I'm utterly ashamed that there is a company like N3 in my hometown. For you out of towners, the rest of Portland is great. This company sucks. Don't work for them.

Got the following email from a field services company
"
"We have a new client coming on that we are expecting to be a high volume client. They will be ordering residential occupancy inspections; they will be a 1 page form and require a few digital photos. The inspections will pay $7."

Just think, with 10 per day I could make $70.00 and spend $100.00 in gasoline driving over the entire city looking at distressed homes.
