A lady called me about 10 days ago with a schedule. I was too involved at the time and did not think to write her name and schedule down. As of today no money has arrived.
Her call was in response to my emails asking for money.

I too received a call. I have received payment on two outstanding signings but still no payment on a third. Good luck.

I received a call a few days ago from a Fred Lombardo phone # 800-753-3339 x 7132 he said if he was unavailable to speak to, speak to another rep in the office. But he told me if your invoice was 75 days you would be receiving payment in 2 weeks. 45-74 days payment end of month. But for now there payment is net 45 days.

Just spoke with them also, and they stated that if your signing was 75 days or more you should be receiving your check any day as they just went out, signing 45 - 74 days it will go out in the next batch by the end of the month. Thereafter they will pay net 45 days as, she claims, it is now a State regulation. The lady I spoke with said that all companies in PA are behind in paying. I advised her that was not true that they are the only one behind in payment with me and I work with other companies in PA, which I can depend on receiving their checks on time every month.
Be careful as the last signing I took from them they, when they called they stated the were someone else, I can not remember the name at this time, and foolishly I took the job. I should have given it back when I got the confirmation, but figured I would give them one more chance. That was a mistake.

I made a mistake too by accepting one from NREIS earlier this month. I can't believe I did it. I should have known better. Usually I check SC but I goofed on this one.
