NREIS-called me today

Just received a call to tell me today that they will be mailing payments for their "75 days and later" on March 25th... I asked, why waste time and money on the phone call, just send out the damn checks. All of them!, and what about the "74 days and before" I asked? "oh, that will be our "regular 45 days". I told them what I thought of them and to stop wasting money. Just pay the notary's that did their work for which NREIS HAS been paid. Long ago. Hope we really do get paid. I'm done with NREIS for sure.

Have you considered reporting them to the state agency that regulates them? If you review their website they're a title services provider, including issurance of title insurance and disbursement of funds -

Just a thought but I'd contact the PA Insurance Department and find out who regulates this company - file a complaint with the proper agency.

Used to be my bread & Butter, 1 of the best! Sorry to hear

this. Once they started lowering their fees I didnt do much for them but now to not even be paying on time........ who needs it!

Same here -- glad I refused to lower my fees for them

I was one of the lucky ones and had all my invoices paid. The last call I received from them was in December I think. When I asked the scheduler how much they were offering, she sighed and said "Not enough" and she was right.

I received the same call today. At lease they are people back.
