Did you see that it says ,"The payment for all completed and funded files is $150.00." I would make sure that our definition of completed and their defintion is the same. Don't want to get stiffed if a file does not fund. I would feel more comfortable being a neutral 3rd party and not walk in there as a "part time employee". (which is what is stated in the email) I have been called by different companies do do these type of signings, but I just don't feel 100% comfortable, and even more so when they are targeting the Senior Community. JMHO :-)

PS...I'm not saying that Notable Notary is not a good company to sign for or that NCRB is targeting the Senior Community. I have just had other companies call me asking me to do the same and I have not felt comfortable... Good Luck to you.
