Are you referring to the company at wbsite https://www.nationalloanclosers.com? If so, they have other companies, like Loan Processing Center that assigns closings out to you, so you aren't actually doing closings for NLC. I have done a few closings that have been given to me from NLC, all from LPC. LPC's fees are lower and I have had to call to track down pay. It seems that it depends on which person you talk to whether they are willing to meet your fees. For lender financed refis they typically pay my fee but for any cash transaction, they try to pay significantly lower.

LPC is not worth it. They want to pay you $70 for edocs and then you have to wait 45-55 days for payment. I stopped doing business with them. Not worth the time, handholding and fax backs. They also deduct $5.00 from you if you don't invoice them online by 10AM.....don't understand that one.

My experience was about the same & I now just delete those emails. They even called me the other day & told them I don't accept $70 fees. Biz may be down, but I'm not that desperate.
