National Signing Services LLC - Any current information?

I can't 'see' the listing in Signing Central, but the system indicates a listed already exists. A search for notaries within 30 miles of the zip code doesn't produce any information for Holly Horsley. The most current information found on the board is from December, 2010.

The information I have is as follows:
Holly Horsley
Nation Signing Services LLC
1333 East 9400 South
Sandy, UT 84093

Invoices from January, 2011 are still outstanding; no answer to e-mail or telephone calls.

Any information is appreciated.

Mountain States Mortgage at same address ~

googling address gave me this:

Mountain States Mortgage building is up for sale. Last verified 3/8/11. There is, however, listing broker's name and phone number. Maybe he has contact information.

I had that problem one time too. I was looking for Trans State. Same thing, wouldn't come up.
