I did a purchase for them on 1/26, with recording. I didn't get paid until the middle of March and that was after calling several times, then emailing. I was told that they had sent the check, which obviously never came. I was then told that they put a stop payment on it and re-issued. The second check was mailed out on the day promised (according to the postmark) and I received it a few days later.
Their policy states that they pay Net 30 (from day of funding), but in my instance it was more than that.
I know SC says no one answers their phones ~EVER~ and I found that to be true. No answer and no calls back in response to my voicemails. However, when I emailed, I got an immediate response from Paula Addison and she took care of things for me. This was my first experience with NNS.

will not work w/ them again
It took me almost 3 months to get paid for two I did in one week last year. The excuses for slow payment got quite ceative. I get tired of signing services thinking that we buy the bs excuses.
