They are the recruiting organization for a number of law firms. Basically, it works this way: You download dox; Go out and meet with the signer as both the "representative" of the law firm, as well as the notary for one of the dox (not good karma); They pay $80. Most of us "experienced" signing agents don't want anything to do with this kind of work, but as a "newbie", this might give you some initial experience with managing an assignment (including following instructions to a "T"), meeting with total strangers to secure their signature(s), etc.
