OMG my phone does work

I was thinking nothing for this week, but 3 deals (so far) for today and tomorrow plus general notary work this month has been good so far.

Looks like rate for a 30 yr fix have dropped .3-.4 % since last month so maybe next month will be stronger.

Plus I think I have caught up on the to do list..lol
