Process Server in Colleyville, Hood County, TX anyone?
Probably a long shot, but just thought I'd ask and throw a little biz your way if someone is on here.
I have 4 Citations that I'll have back next week that I'll be needing to have served on one (1) designated agent for service for four (4) separate corporations. Just one guy to serve 4 Citations on. Had to do a shotgun petition in a DTPA case, and had to make sure I got the right owner of the d/b/a company. The first named company will probably be the only one left standing once the dust settles, but couldn't take a chance.
Must have a standing order for process service in Hood County as I won't mess with filing a motion and getting an order. Sheriff's fee in Hood County is $50 for service of a Citation, as posted on the District Clerk's fee schedule. It'd be a super easy $200 for somebody.
There IS a chance this case may settle tomorrow or Monday, but if not I want them served pronto!
May seem OT, but some notaries are also process servers. We actually have two of them here where I live that have standing court orders.

Anyone on here could serve these 4 citations, I have no doubt. However, you have to have a standing order from the Court in Hood County, Texas, 355th Judicial District, or at least for my purposes. IF you don't have a standing order, which is what folks that want to serve process do, you certainly can look into that. Without it, it means we have to file a motion and get an Order for alternative service. That's not a real big deal, but it's more than I want to mess with right now, especially filing this case in a jurisdiction that's about 120 miles away.
