Have you checked them out with google. Here's what I found. They are not listed here any where. Are these the folks who contacted you? Keep us posted, and then let's get list them in SC (Harry and Traci)

I know nothing about them, but if they are in any way connected with our good friend (and thief) Konstantin (re: Genuine Title) I’d stay far away.
Remember you are extending credit to these people! It’s okay to ask questions before accepting a job. Like: what’s the owners name and address, how long have you been in business, are you licensed to do business, do you have the names and phone of two notaries that have worked for you. If they won’t answer, I’d say bye bye! jmho
