Strange email from Overstocked.com
I just received this notification from Overstocked.com, warning about people who try to take advantage of unsuspecting web retailers. It says it is a felony in most states to demand delivery of an item that was advertised at an incorrect price, and that at a minimum the victimized retailer can require you to return the item plus enjoin you from using the Internet until you are dead or start drawing Social Security, whichever comes first.
The email said it was coming to me because there has been an uptick in such activity in Central Texas lately.
Does anybody know anything about that?
