Tampa Bay Closings

Has anyone done closings for Tampa Bay Closings? Are they out of business? I did a closing earlier in the month, today I tried to contact them via phone, website and email and all three were not working.

I'd appreciate any feedback on this subject. First time in four years this has happened to me.

thanks
Mary

Thanks for posting. Yes, I am really disappointed as I'm sure they knew on the day of the closing, they were going out of business. not sure if I should waste my time and energy chasing $90.00.

I have also been taking advantage of by this organization with 3 signings that were all performed within a week apart in October 2010. Lisa Seeney, (operator of TBC) and her husband Frank P Seeney are making the profession look horrible. I have constantly attempted to contact them for a resolution however all correspondence was never acknowledged. NOTARIES BEWARE!!!!

They owe me money too since February 2011. They don't answer the phone and do not respond to fax or email.
