They agreed to my fee. I looked on signing Central. I found one 2 star rating (waiting on pymt since Jan). Any other opinions will be appreciated.

Business is slow. Most offers I get are $** When I tell them $*** , they say they have to get that approved and I don't hear back from them (surprise). I would like to think this is a good company. All opinions are appreciated!!

Never had a problem - need to fax invoice to Matthew an invoice sent back wtih package will not do. Will work for them as needed. Good luck!

I'm the one who wrote the comment in SC. I followed their invoicing procedures (listed on the confirmation - you must either fax or email your invoice) for a closing in late January but have not received payment yet. I worked for them once in 2008 and once in 2009 and received payment at 22 and 25 days those times. Not the case this time. I have inquired as to status of payment and am awaiting a reply.

I've worked for them for many years and stopped over a year ago. I would suggest you all contact Allison Waylett, Matthew doesn't respond to anyone. Allison is the President of the Company. You'll get paid but it will take two months on average getting paid. Good Luck.

FYI guys, this company requires a monthly invoice eom, you can send the invoice to Matthew's email address. I never faxed it. As stated in previous post don't send invoice with loan package it's useless.

I invoiced via fax to Matthew on March 8, 2011 and am still waiting for payment. Have refaxed invoice, and emailed the President, and still no payment. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!!!

Received payment! After sending an elecronic bopy to MW@titleinc. Took about 55 days, but otherwise good to work with.
