Wouldn't meet my fee for 2 separate refies at the same location. In reality, they only wanted to pay me for 1 1/2 loans. Only 3 stars in SC. Glad I turned them down.

Maybe we should start asking if they just want Docs notarized or do the want Signing Agent Services also? It sounds like a joke but so are the fee offerings. I would call this "alternative accommodation pricing".

Don’t forget “Printing fees”

“Courier fees” (to deliver the package to the borrower, and to drop it off at an the FedEx, UPS, USPO whatever)

“Fax-back fees” (if required)
And
“Tolls, or Parking fees” (if applicable)

And how about a “surcharge” for ‘rush hour traffic?

For someone that sits in a office all day making calls, these things are inconsequential for us a major consideration in our costs, and time.

They are a slow/no pay co. besides being a low baller.

someone contacted me to tell me that they are still waiting to be paid for loan closed in October.
It's always a red flag to me when the ratings in SC are mixed between 1s and 5s. I tend to believe the 1s.
