I've had 3 calls from 3 different companies. Had to turn down the first two because they wouldn't work into my regular schedule. Took the third one for Thursday. I didn't figure to get any calls this week because of it being the end of the month, but I was wrong. Glad I could do one of them anyway.

Can't wait till the month is over. Last month and this month is why I stop doing this full time 2 years ago.

If this was my only source of income I would be homeless.

I am glad to say that I don't have to rely on my notary work as my only income. I would not be able to make it either.

Bad, bad, bad. This week so far I have only 5 closings and they're all from one company. I work with multiple companies. Wow!! Unreal!! I was used to 10 to 20 a week (And that's with NO LOWBALLING!)
