Bad month ends with decent week
Up until this week had 4 in the books and alot of GN work. This week turned out better then I had thought. Hope others had a good EOM week, today was great 2 cash purchase's out of state good money 20 pages of docs and done within 20 min each plus 2 GN work deals that put cash in pocket for the holiday. Total time spent today was 12-4pm
If only everyday was like this today.
2 deals tomorrow and I'm done till Tuesday, won't travel on holiday weekends down this area it's nuts unless it's within town or away from the beach.

Decent month up here...
Yes, I know your pain when it comes to summer (holiday) traffic down by you. Ugh, I don't know how you do it!!!
Geesh, trying to get down TO you from the NYC Metro Area (I'm 8 miles outside Manhattan-Lincoln Tunnel) is BEYOND ridiculous. Hours of traffic (or does it just SEEM that way?..lol). We run on the infamous NYC minute up here! Road rage? hmph, not me! wink, smile wink wink!
Anyway, biz hasn't been too bad up here. From the screeching HALT at about the middle of February until this month. It was horrible.
But THANK G**! It's been great so far this month. I've been hearing that it will probably be picking up more, too, because it's an election year? Hmmmm I guess only time will tell about that one, huh?
