Maybe it’s just me?….But I see here on one page questions about what 7 companies that haven’t paid, or lived up to their promises? On the previous page 6!
Now is NOT the time to gamble!
If you get a call from someone you haven’t worked for before, and not heard of…DON’T! (Really… what are the chances of a start-up company with no capital making it in this business given our current business climate?)
If you’ve heard of them, but not worked for them ASK QUESTIONS, like can you refer me to a notary that you have actually paid? If they can’t or won’t….bye bye.
If they offer less than $100, or speak English as a second language or do not have sterling reputation here…Ditto! (But that’s just me, we all set our own criteria)
It’s much easier, and more cost effective for me to say “no” than to spend the resources and time doing a closing that I’m not going to get paid for.
I see names here of respected NSA’s that know this, but are (apparently) hurting, and need the income, getting stiffed.
BE SELECTIVE! There is NO magic bean! Don’t sell the cow!
